▪ Eduphoria (Denton ISD Professional Development Management System) Administrative Set Up
▪ Email Notification: Inform all Ann Windle staff the training program and encourage registration
▪ Reserve room and equipment for all training sessions
▪ Set up Outlook schedule auto reminders for registration deadline and each training session.
▪ Prepare training materials including videos, quizzes, survey and sign-in sheet
1 Week Before Launch Date
▪ Email Notification: Final call for the up-coming training
▪ Go through all the needed resources and make sure everything is under control – Meeting room is booked, equipment is in good working condition, needed printed outs are ready, forethought of introduction and panel discussion topics
Week 1 ~ 7
▪ One hour before meeting: Get all meeting seats and equipment set up and checked, and all the materials ready
▪ Control time wisely and flexible
▪ Participants sign in
▪ Give an overview of the training course (Week 1 only)
▪ Give an brief instruction of the facilitator and the instructors in the videos (Week 1 only)
▪ Give an idea of the topics of the week and rundown of the day
▪ Start viewing video of the session
▪ Q & A
▪ Conduct panel discussion related to the viewed video or classroom teaching examples
▪ Quiz
▪ Dismissal
Week 8
▪ One hour before meeting: Get all meeting seats and equipment set up and checked, and all the materials ready

▪ Give an idea of the topics of the week (Natural Environment Teaching & Social Skills Programming) and rundown of the day
▪ Start viewing video of the week
▪ Q & A
▪ Conduct panel discussion related to the viewed video or classroom teaching examples
▪ Participant self-reflection on the training
▪ Quiz
▪ Dismissal
After all sessions finished
▪ Analysis the attendance of trainees, the quiz results, the participant and class reaction sheets and the guided panel discussion record
▪ On-going observation: How the participants transfer acquired knowledge and skills from the training to their job and improve their job performance
▪ Conduct different version of survey for those who don’t attend the training to find out the needs and adjustments for next training plan
▪ Training Evaluation Report
▪ Issue Certification for full-participated trainees

  1. This job aid is created for the instructors of the training program that you are setting up. Do you have a set of videos that they will see each session? This is a good outline of the basic tasks that need to be completed to completed during the training program. I hope that this program is successful next fall when you launch it.
