For my design project, there are unsolved existing problems which are the major content will be delivered with pre-recorded videos and the learners have no chance of face-to-face interaction with the instructors. My client and I have discussed about the limitation and both agree with the current plan for the learning expectations, the activities and timeline. We are planning to implement this training for next school year; therefore, we still have some time to discuss the assessment and evaluation. For peer reflection, I think it takes some time for classmates to understand my project and give feedback.
Julia,
ReplyDeleteI looked over your design document. I see that you are going to have your participants understand what autism and Applied Behavior Analysis is. How are you going to accomplish this? What strategies are you going to use to help them understand these concepts? I think that autism is an interesting disorder. I have several friends who have kids with varying degrees of autism. The earlier that educators understand and identify the child's limitations, they better chance the child will have at a successful education and life. I feel that your program will be very beneficial to your teachers.
